When paying your bill on line, there will be a $3.00 service fee per $100.00 of your balance. For example: if your billing amount is $150.00, you would be paying a $6.00 service fee to process the payment.

Billing Process

We bill monthly with 12 billings annually, one for each monthly amount due.
Any bills not paid will be charged 1.5% per month or 18% per annum.
We currently do not have an annual payment option discount.

Billing Address

Bills will be mailed to the owner and not to a tenant. Any agreement of payment between owner and tenant must be considered a transaction between both and in no way concerns the Authority.
